The Program

Youth/Young Adults

The High on Life Challenge provides information in the following ways:

  • finding healthy alternatives to drugs
  • learning drug awareness
  • managing emotions
  • developing healthy self-esteem and self-image
  • coping with stress
  • building resiliency
  • managing the inevitability of change
  • strengthening personal identity
  • setting and maintaining healthy lifestyle goals

What to expect:

  • 6 sessions at your school during class time.
  • Meeting once per week in a in a group setting (10-12 students).
  • Provides a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, thoughts, and ideas.
  • Focuses on group activities and discussion.
  • Opportunity to ask questions and learn more information about drugs.
